M&T ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø's Credit Inquiry Services responds to credit inquiries requested by trade inquirers or other financial institutions. M&T ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø adheres to Risk Management Association (RMA) guidelines for the exchange of commercial credit information.

Receive your credit inquiries within 48 hours by visitingÌýhttps://www.confirmation.comÌýand following the instructions referenced on the Confirmation.com "Welcome" page. Please note that you will be required to pay a fee of $25 to process all online credit inquiry requests.

To receive your credit information:

1. Fill out the form.ÌýOpen theÌýCredit Inquiry Form (PDF)​ and fill in all of the boxes by either typing directly onto the PDF in your browser or printing and handwriting the information. Complete information is required for M&T to process your request
2. Print the completed form.
3. Have the client sign the form.ÌýNo phone calls will be accepted and formsÌýwill not be processedÌýwithout our client's signature
4. Submit your form.ÌýScan and send it in viaÌý±ð³¾â€‹a¾±±ô​

• The credit information will be returned to you within 7 to 10 business days
• Credit inquiries required within 48 hours can be requested via our online service for an additional fee of $25
• Forms will be returned to you in letter format via an encrypted email to the original requestor without a callback
• If you would like the credit information returned in written form, indicate this on your request and include your return address
